I have an aluminum macbook and I want to know how to clean off the body as well as the grease stains on the keys. Some people say iKlean. Some people say rubbing alcohol. Some people say just hot water. What is the best option???

NOT hot water! Water and electronics do not get along. A while ago this hoax got started that suggested cleaning iMac keyboards in the dishwasher. Apple sold a lot of replacement keyboards. Rubbing alcohol works just fine, just be sparing. Use a barely moist lint free cloth, microfiber cleaning cloths have gotten really cheap and good.
Either use some rubbing alcohol with a cloth, or just use a Wetones or a moist towelette.
