I can't tell from the pictures. I have the Aliminum macbook, and i know the speakers arrent located on the side. I would appriciate pictures.

No, it’s identical to the aluminum MacBook. The only physical differences are backlit keys, the word "Pro", and more slots on the side. Otherwise it’s 100% like the aluminum MacBook as far as looks.
No, it does not. It looks exactly the same like the Aluminum macbook, It just got a new name, way better battery, and a spec bump (better processor) and a new display. I hope this helps.
No. I just got one yesterday and the speakers seem to be under the keyboard… haha. They are as good as the other pro models though, and MUCH better than the MacBook White
