If what you mean is "how do you get the mac to use the whole 4gb of RAM to perform tasks with ?" The answer is:
Even though you have 4GB installed, applications only need to use a certain amount of RAM. Your actually getting better performance now than if the applications were using the entire 4GB. IF the entire 4 was in use all the time then you would have no RAM free causing applications to fight for it and naturally your machine would slow down.
So with each application only using as little RAM as it needs you get great performance and you can consider the 4GB as a sort of "buffer"
What do you mean by fully? is the macbook limiting your resources?
