I like to use photoshop to make digital art paired with a Wacom tablet. Is a macbook pro 13" fast enough to do this as well as the normal uses?

We have people using just MacBooks and with hardly no RAM that gets me by the way, we have one MacBook Pro from 2004 and it runs PhotoShop CS3 actually it run the complete Creative Suite all four disks.
