Only apple makes macbooks. Check apple website to see what comes in the box and compare with other websites; if you have any doubt, just email them.
It’s quite hard to find any price differences for apple laptops for some reason. If however you are getting it cheaper on a website, check closely, something might be missing like warranty etc.
