What type of RAM do I need to upgrade 13″ MacBook?

Hi, I want to upgrade my RAM memory on my Apple MacBook UniBody from 2GB RAM to 4GB (2x2GB) or 6GB (1x4GB + 1x2GB) but I'm not sure what RAM to choose, I heard that not all RAM's work on MacBooks and I don't want to spend money on something that won't work so could you help me? my budget is under £100.

My MacBook specs are:
OS X 10
2GHZ
Nvidia 9400m
2GB RAM
13" Screen LED

Thanks for looking.
Note that now I have 2 x 1GB RAM, could some one tell me specifically what 2x2GB RAM cards I should buy?

  1. if it’s two GB then that means that one stick is 1 GB each if u have two then there both 1 GB then u will need to buy a 2 GB one sticks two of them.

  2. You can only put a maximum of 4GB of RAM in the MacBook, so if you already have 2GB, you can get the other 2GB here:
