Where to buy a cheap MacBook?

i am using an ibook g4 atm which is soon becoming prehistoric and i want to buy a white macbook. where can i buy them cheap (prefferably internet website) and when is the best time to buy one? i would like to buy one later this year if thats the best time.

If you are a college student, you can check your student store. They usually discount prices them. My grandparents bought me a Macbook for graduation at my student store at BYU. It cost them about $900 instead of $1,000, AND they got a great discount on my iTouch.

Also, I believe Apple just came out with a new line of MacBooks, correct? Now would be the best time to buy the "old" line, because they’re in stock, but now considered out of date, which means they’re going to be LOADS cheaper. I can’t give you specific sites, but if you shop around, you’re sure to find something.

And Apple does NOT overprice their products. You pay for quality. I used to be a PC user until my mom bought a Mac. I used her Mac more than my PC in high school and I got a MacBook for graduation.
